OMG! I have a great idea. Let's take the 18% pay hike off of the table and invoke the air traffic controller approach. Do you seriously think that the Principal of the school should not be able to hire and fire? Do you really think that you should not be evaluated on your performance? This is Chicago 2012; way too close to 2013. Job security in a school system where over 50 freaking percent of the kids do not graduate? THE KIDS ARE THE LOSERS BECAUSE OF YOU! YOU!
